Currently under construction, this 18,000 square foot house and guest residence in Pacific Heights is entirely clad in French limestone. The architects have designed this building in a neo-classical style, both in the exterior and interior detailing. The custom windows, doors and railings are bronze and incorporate a conservatory with a view of the Golden Gate on the top floor. Due to seismic requirements and the large nature of this project, the structure is concrete and steel with steel K-bracing rarely seen in residential construction.
