This ranch is located on 10,000 acres of rolling hills near the East Gate of Pinnacles National Monument. The work includes an 8,000 square foot main residence, a 4,000 square foot children's residence, a staff house, a pool house, two caretaker's residences, a riding arena and two horse stables. In addition to architecture, there are 20 acres of designed landscaping, a water treatment plant, and a new 18,500,000 gallon lake with a bridge.
