At 3,500 square feet, this Pacific Heights penthouse and roof deck remodel is one of Van Acker Construction's smaller projects -- in scale only. This penthouse has been referred to as a "jewel box" due to its intricate material detailing and custom glass and woodworking elements. Each room contains a different set of details and material applications including suede wall coverings, a stone slab bathtub, formed glass stair treads and carved stone sinks.
